Qualifications:
Farm Hand II position is based in New Kent, VA.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to commute to work daily.
Experience with tractors, sprayers, fencing, cattle and grounds maintenance.
Must be able to adequately pass a drug screening and background check.

Summary:
Farm Hand II is responsible for developing and maintaining grounds, pastures, fences and other elements of property and land management and habitat creation.

Experience:
Basic carpentry skills Help maintain cattle, pastures, and fences Ability to operate diesel powered equipment, including mini-excavators and skid steers 5
years of experience in a farm / ranch / habitat or similar field Ability to flex into our other areas of operations as needed The Tidewater and Big Bend Foundation is dedicated to land conservation and historical preservation in New Kent Virginia and the Big Bend region of West Texas.
We have a portfolio of land currently undergoing re-development and establishment of livestock pastures, upland, turkey and game hunting grounds, and row crop agriculture.
